Alex Foley
MS, Therapist
Welcome!
I specialize in working with adults and older teens. I believe that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Everyone’s story is different, and my goal is to meet you where you are—offering support that feels right for you. Whether you’re looking for guidance, healing, or a space to feel heard, I’m here to help you discover what works best for you.
My approach is open, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from CBT, DBT, and MI to help you recognize patterns, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change at your own pace. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those in the judicial system, with chronic illnesses, and struggling with substance use. These experiences have reinforced my belief that healing looks different for everyone—and that compassion, curiosity, and flexibility are essential.
Above all, therapy will be a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself, explore, and move toward the life you want to create.
Alex earned my bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Georgia State University and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Previously, Alex worked in the medical field, where she supported people through both physical and emotional challenges.
