I’m passionate about helping both children and adults find healing and balance in their lives. I enjoy the work of helping couples find joy in one another again too. I believe therapy is a space to feel truly seen and supported while exploring the challenges that may be holding you back.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and guided by evidence-based practices that fit your unique needs. Whether you’re helping your child navigate big emotions or you’re an adult facing anxiety, stress, or life transitions, I’m here to help you build understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

I specialize in trauma-informed CBT, DBT, and Somatic Experiencing to identify and shift unhelpful patterns, support nervous system regulation, help the body release stored trauma, and strengthen coping responses. I also utilize Internal Family Systems and art therapy to foster understanding and healing among different parts of the self and to process experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
