Sarah Morris

MS Therapist

Welcome!

I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful space for growth, where clients can feel supported as they clarify their values, step into alignment with those values, and begin to embrace change. My goal is to help you feel empowered—not just in session, but in your everyday life.

With teens and adults, I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based stress reduction, Systems Theory, and person-centered therapy. I integrate insight with practical tools so you can better navigate anxiety, stress, depression, and fear, while building a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and intentional.

With children and adolescents, I use both child-centered and directive play therapy to meet them where they are. Through play, kids can safely express emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop skills to manage stress, anxiety, and relationships in ways that feel natural and accessible to them.

I approach therapy with compassion, collaboration, openness, and a touch of humor when it fits. I feel honored to walk alongside clients of all ages as they make positive, healthy changes and move toward the lives they want to live.
